fa پیش بینی رواناب روزانه با استفاده از مدل های هوش مصنوعی Daily runoff prediction using artificial intelligence models تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research مدل‌سازی فرآیند بارش-رواناب، یکی از روش‌های رایج در برآورد رواناب و ابزاری کارآمد برای تحلیل فرآیندهای هیدرولوژیکی، ارزیابی منابع آب و مدیریت بهینه آبخیزها به‌شمار می‌رود. از این رو، بهره‌گیری از روش‌هایی که در عین پویایی، دارای ساختار مفهومی روشن، قابلیت توسعه و کاربرد آسان باشند، ضرورت دارد. در این تحقیق، کارایی سه مدل هوش‌مصنوعی جنگل تصادفی (RF)، برخورد گروهی با دادهها (GMDH) و استنتاج فازی-عصبی تطبیقی  (ANFIS)برای پیش‌بینی رواناب روزانه در دو آبخیز تلوار و طالقان مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. داده‌های مورد استفاده شامل بارش 24 ساعته، دما، رطوبت نسبی، میانگین سرعت باد، میانگین رطوبت نسبی، میزان بارش برف کلی، و نیز شاخص بارش پیشین و شاخص دبی پیشین برای دوره آماری 13 ساله جمع‌آوری و محاسبه شد. نتایج حاصل از مدلسازی برای آبخیز طالقان نشان داد که مدل GMDH با بیشترین مقادیر ضریب تعیین (8845/ 0 (R²=و معیار نش-ساتکلیف (8836/0 (NSE= و همچنین کمترین ریشه میانگین مربعات خطا،  با (<a name="_Hlk209802705">0</a>9/4RMSE=) بالاترین دقت و کمترین خطا را در شبیه‌سازی رواناب ارائه داد. مدل  RFبا مقادیر(8801/ R²=0، 8798/0 NSE=،  16/4 RMSE=) در رتبه دوم قرار گرفت و توانست نتایج نسبتاً قابل قبولی تولید کند، هرچند دقت آن اندکی کمتر از مدل  GMDH بود. در مقابل، مدل   ANFIS  با 8710/ R²=0، 8610/0NSE= و32/4RMSE= ضعیف‌ترین عملکرد را در میان مدل‌های مورد بررسی داشت. و همچنین نتایج برای آبخیز تلوار نشان داد که مدل GMDH با مقادیر  3631/ RMSE=0 و 939/ NSE=<a name="_Hlk209804981">0</a>و مدل RF با مقادیر 9260/ NSE=0و 4017/0 RMSE= و مدل  ANFIS با ‌‌مقادیر 3640/0 RMSE=و 9392/0 NSE= بیانگر آن است که مدلهای مورد بررسی از لحاظ عملکرد به این ترتیب قرار گرفتهاند: GMDH، ANFIS و RF. نتایج نشان داد که هر سه مدل عملکرد کلی نسبتا مطلوبی در شبیه‌سازی تغییرات رواناب داشتند که نشان می‌دهد استفاده از مدل‌های هوش مصنوعی برای تخمین رواناب سطحی ابزار مناسبی می‌باشد.   Rainfall–runoff modeling is one of the common approaches used for estimating runoff and serves as an efficient tool for analyzing hydrological processes, assessing water resources, and optimizing watershed management. Therefore, employing methods that are both dynamic and conceptually clear, while being easy to develop and apply, is essential. In this study, the performance of three artificial intelligence models_Random Forest (RF), Group Method of Data Handling (GMDH), and Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS)—was evaluated for daily runoff prediction in two watersheds: Telvar and Taleghan. The input data included 24-hour precipitation, temperature, relative humidity, average wind speed, total snow precipitation, antecedent precipitation index, and antecedent discharge index, collected and computed over a 13-year statistical period. The modeling results for the Taleghan watershed showed that the GMDH model achieved the highest performance, with the greatest coefficient of determination (R² = 0.8845) and Nash–Sutcliffe efficiency (NSE = 0.8836), as well as the lowest root mean square error (RMSE = 4.09), indicating the highest accuracy and lowest simulation error. The RF model, with R² = 0.8801, NSE = 0.8798, and RMSE = 4.16, ranked second and produced relatively acceptable results, although its accuracy was slightly lower than that of the GMDH model. In contrast, the ANFIS model, with R² = 0.8710, NSE = 0.8610, and RMSE = 4.32, demonstrated the weakest performance among the evaluated models. Similarly, the results for the Telvar watershed indicated that the GMDH model achieved the best performance with RMSE = 0.3631 and NSE = 0.939. The ANFIS model ranked second with RMSE = 0.3640 and NSE = 0.9392, while the RF model ranked third with RMSE = 0.4017 and NSE = 0.9260.
