fa تحلیل شبکه ذینفعان محلی و انسجام اجتماعی در مدیریت مشارکتی منابع آب (مطالعه موردی: حوزه آبخیز میان جنگل، شهرستان فسا) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong><span dir="RTL">انسان به عنوان یکی از اصلی ترین عوامل موثر بر منابع آب، نقش مهم و تعیین کننده ای در پایداری این مجموعه ایفا می نماید. به طوری که رابطه انسان به عنوان ذینفع با اکوسیستم طبیعی بایستی در راس سیاستگذاری ها و مدیریت جامع منابع آب قرار گیرد. براین اساس لازمه مدیریت موفق منابع آب، تغییر رویکرد به سمت مدیریت مشارکتی میباشد. از جمله تئوری های مهم اجتماعی در ارتباط با مدیریت منابع طبیعی و بخصوص منابع آب، می توان به سرمایه اجتماعی اشاره نمود. از ابعاد مهم این مقوله، اعتماد و مشارکت است که از مهم ترین مولفه</span>&shy;<span dir="RTL">ها در شبکه</span>&shy;<span dir="RTL">های اجتماعی هستند. </span>از دیگر مفاهیمی که در این ارتباط بررسی می&shy;<span dir="RTL">شود، انسجام اجتماعی است که مربوط به روابطی است که مردم یک گروه یا جامعه را در کنار یکدیگر نگه می</span>&shy;<span dir="RTL">دارد. </span><span dir="RTL">این مطالعه با هدف تحلیل ساختاری روابط اجتماعی بین بهره</span>&shy;<span dir="RTL">برداران محلی منابع آب در محدوده مرز اکولوژیکی روستای ولی</span>&shy;<span dir="RTL">آباد با تاکید بر اعتماد و مشارکت و شاخص های سطح کلان شبکه اجتماعی انجام گردیده است</span><span dir="RTL">. </span><span dir="RTL">با توجه به</span><span dir="RTL"> نتایج این تحقیق، براساس شاخص تراکم شبکه، میزان انسجام و سرمایه اجتماعی در شبکه ذینفعان محلی منابع آب در روستای ولی</span>&shy;<span dir="RTL">آباد براساس مولفه اعتماد، متوسط و بر&shy;اساس پیوند مشارکت، ضعیف می باشد و این موضوع نشاندهنده چالش پیش روی تصدی&shy;گری منابع آب در منطقه است که باید از طریق تقویت اعتماد و بویژه مشارکت بین ذینفعان، انسجام را افزایش داده و میزان سرمایه اجتماعی را تقویت کرد تا بتوان در امر مدیریت مشارکتی منابع آب موفق بود.</span></strong></p> <p>Human being as one of the main factors affecting water resources has important and decisive role in water resources stability and relation between human as stakeholder with natural ecosystem should be in charge of policy and Integrated Water Resource Management. Accordingly, necessary for successful water resources management, is shift toward collaborative management. One of the important social theories in relation to the management of natural resources, especially water resources, is social capital. Important aspect of this issue, trust and collaboration are the most important factors in social networks. Other issue that will be discussed in this communication is social cohesion, which is related to a group or community relations together. The goal of this study is to analyze the structure of social relations between local beneficiaries of water resources within ecological boundaries ValiAbad village, with an emphasis on trust and collaboration and macro-level indicators of social networks.
